Use of the Website
TreasureMint provides personalized audio gifts created from messages submitted by contributors. You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only.
We reserve the right to refuse service if content submitted is unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate.
Orders & Payment
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers (such as Stripe or PayPal). TreasureMint does not store your payment card information.
Full payment is required before work begins.
Timeline
Most TreasureMints are completed within approximately four weeks of purchase. The timeline depends largely on when contributor messages are received. Once all recordings are submitted, editing and delivery are completed promptly.
Delivery may be scheduled up to one year in advance.
Refunds & Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at gifts@treasuremint.com. Refunds are available before editing begins. Once editing is underway, we’ll review requests individually.
Submitted Content
By submitting audio recordings or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share that material.
You retain ownership of your recordings. By submitting them, you grant TreasureMint permission to edit and use the recordings solely for the purpose of creating and delivering your gift.
Intellectual Property
All website content — including text, design, and branding — belongs to TreasureMint and may not be copied or used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
TreasureMint is provided “as is.” While we take care in creating each gift, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to use of the website or services.
